check all your vacuum lines. If the noise seems to be coming from under the hood only under load, it could be a vacuum leak. may have a very small hole or be degraded enough to create a small hole while under alot of vacuum. heard similar noise on my T100 and finally looked under the hood with it idling and was able to hear it then. found hole in p.s. pressure relief valve vacuum line. or at least I think that is what that vacuum line is.
