altitude adjustment needed??

Hello all, newbie here. Last week I purchased a 2016 Rav 4 LE in Denver, Colorado and drove it to my home in NH. Is there anything I need to do as far as corrections for the difference in altitude 6000 feet in Denver to 300 feet in NH? It seems to run fine. The other issue is a check engine lite, took it to a local general shop, codes said evap, had the canister assy replaced (pretty pricey) worked for a day and the darned light is on again. Going to return it to the shop for a re-look Monday. Any suggestions as to either question? Thanks a lot in advance...

No adjustments needed for altitude, the computer does it all. As far as your engine light who knows without a reader, let the shop do their thing.

My 22RE does OK in low altitude but going up same grade slopes in high altitude, I could only do around 50 in 3rd gear or 55 in 4th. I suspect it must be the thinner air - less oxygen in a given volume of air.
I am not aware of any sensor the ECU uses to sense altitude.

I would imagine air to fuel/Timing is taken care of which I guess would be altitude in a dumb way, I doubt computers have an altimeter. But I have never had an issue in my 22re, but in my carbed el Camino that’s a whole other pinging story at 8000ft
