adding power

hey guys me and my dad have been building 22rs for the last 4 yrs out of are shop. and weve been trying to come up with ways to add decent power to a 22r with out having to charge alot of $$$$$$. so with that said i would like to see what u guys think if u would buy this packages if we started to produce them so here it goes.

stock head replacement with new cam and springs and valves $320 now heres what u could add to that for different amounts of $$
up graded cams range from .380 lift at $100 to a .460 lift at $200 plus $50 cam core. up graded rv valve spring these give so much better throttle responce $70 upgraded pocket blending 100 bucks this raises the head flow from 115cfm top 135cfm @.450 lift or upgraded fully ported $250 that increase the heads flow to 170cfm @.450 lift now when i say fully ported i mean as ported as ud want to go on a street car or a rock crawler.

now thats the head i used to get my 145whp on my 85 celica with are .440 cam and springs so that can give u a guess at the whp ud get with those up grades. so that $840 for 53whp upgrade using my celica's stock whp rating.thats $15.83 a horse power

So is that worth is too u guys?

also are stock rebuild engines with just the .400 cam made 89.78 whp and 113.03ftlbs that's 107hp to the fly and 135ftlbs at the fly. it was turning 35" wranglers with 4.88 gears all stock air and ex.

Red face

i wish you well.

But your going to need a track record before you can make any money. Why would I buy from you and not from Ted and Todd??

Then again when it becomes for profit it is amazing how soon it is no longer fun

I think the whole idea of spending that much on just the top end is a bit much because to install the head your also doing the bottom end at the same time or you will be shortly.

Do good head work you will be more then busy enough.

I can get a bone stock 3.4 and come away with quite a bit more Horsepower.

I wonder if anyone put a 3.4 in a 3rd generation Celica. It is not like i need more to do.

yea 5vz 3.4 stock 190 HP220 fp of torque.

with supercharger add 55, with underdrive pulley and water/meth injection you're at 300.

i saw a dyno run posted on yotatech, a 3.4 SC was pullin 380 at the crank 300WHP.
if you search you should find it, i'll try to find and post.

that truck makes almost three times the HP of your car...

good luck trying to sell your head and ex...

if you want to be rock star status you should learn how to play music not sell some "magic elixar".
