New to the site and have read some of the responses from other about the ABS systems. I have a 2001 - 4 runner and have had it a 10 years. I have never noticed this issue before last week. the pads have been replace and the rotors are not grooved. Probably need to be turned, but didn't have the time. The problem is while driving into a turn at a decent speed to a high speed, the ABS (I assume) is engaging into the turn it never happens while driving straight. the beeping alarm goes off and the brakes engage. It gives a nervous feeling when you running 75 MPH into a gradual turn on interstate and the brakes engage. Anyone have any suggestion on what to do.
