AAL Question

01 Taco...4x4.

quick advice...

i already have an AAL on my junk...(pro comp AAL on the cheap for 20 bucks BRAND NEW).

question is...is it a good idea to add another "add-a-leaf" onto my already "add-a-leaf" taco???

i don't think its a "bad" idea, kinda like adding more "leaves" onto what i already have.

PS...the el-cheapo pro-comp AALs are the "shorter" ones (i know...stiff ride), but i'm planning on buying "longer" ones...

thank you for your time.

that would probably be one stiff ride im guessing. are you tryin to lift it more? why just buy another leaf and take yours out, or buy new springs, or shackles

Is your truck a spring over? If not, no lift gained by adding a leaf.

trying to gain more lift.

obviously i'm trying to go "on the cheap" due to me being a poor college guy and don't want to hash up 400-500 big ones.

yeah your probly not gonna gain any more than like a half inch of lift, cause im sure your leaf springs are already wore out, you would probly be better off getting longer shackles on it, but those are just gonna wear out the leafs even more after a while, its just time to save up for some new leafs man
