97 4runner diesel swap
hey im new to the site and was wondering if you guys could help me out i wanna switch out my 3.4 gas for a 3.0 diesel, does anyone know how many shop hours this takes or how many mods are needed thanks

wow, that is kind of a loaded question...
hours involved= a ton..are you doing the work or hiring someone..amount of time is going to be relative to your/their skill set etc..
I would start
toyota diesel swaps...this one showed up, looks half way decent:
