OBD reading is telling me my engine is both running lean and rich. dunno how that could take place. any suggestions?

Is it possible to hook a scanner to get real time fuel trims.

To maybe narrow things down.

Just what engine ??

Any water get to the ECM ??

See any physical damage to the wires.

Anything Happen just before this happened ??

If you clear the codes does it come right back ?

I got the codes cleared yesterday and the check engine light came back on about 20 minutes later. I haven't gotten the OBD reader to see if the same codes come up or not. I took the MAF sensor off and tried to clean it out with compressed air. I have reattached it but the check engine light has not turned off again. I'm hoping to clear the codes again today to see if the MAF just needed to be cleaned. I have a replacement MAF but I'd like to not have to use it since it was $135. haha.

engine is v6 3.4L 4x4.
