I have a '96 4Runner and I want to put a winch bumper on the front of it. It seems for some reason there is not a lot of aftermarket support for this particular year. So my question is what are other '96 4Runner owners using and some feedback on your likes and dislikes of your bumpers. Thanks in advance.

 

You could try www.savageoffroad.biz. They are just getting going on their bumper line. I know they have a few rears at the shop ready to go, and they're working on the fronts. The website is still unfinished, but you can call the number on the site and talk to Doug.

 

imho the savageoffroad front bumper looks crappy, but I do like the rear a lot.

 

I had a hand in the rear bumper design with those guys. I think the final product came out nice too. I'm not too fond of the front either. I do hope they will be able to get up and running though. Someone should have been making tube bumpers for the third gen 4Runners a long time ago, imo.
