'94 Pickup, need help!

I'm new to this site, and I just purchased a '94 Ext. Cab that is in great mechanical shape EXCEPT it needs a new U-joint for the forward 4WD, which I'm not sweating too much, as I understand that it's not too intensive or expensive of a repair. I've owned 3 1st gen. 4Runners before this, so the lack of a back seat is a bit bizarre.
My main reasons for posting is to seek some advice on a few issues which I've spent the last 3 days searching the internet for, and haven't found much worthwhile. I have full access to MIG and TIG welders, as well as pipe benders and a hydraulic press/cutter. Specifically, I was wondering ...
1. Is there anywhere to get some sort of schematics or blueprints for front bumper/grille guard? I'm really hoping for an ARB look, without the hundreds of dollars of cost, Ideally I'm looking for something with light, winch, and recovery mounts.
2. Same question, this time rear bumper, I plan to build a bumper with swinging spare and extra fuel can storage, as well as a light.
3. Most people don't like 'em, but does anyone know where I can find a visor for above the windshield? I've checked Lund's website, but they don't seem to have anything, maybe a suggested mod from another size/shape?
4. Any recommendations from this amazing wealth of off-road knowledge?! I'd like to keep my ride fairly street-friendly, I plan for AR wheels, with 32" BFG AT tires.
5. Not sure on te legality of this, but I've considered making a seat mount for the bed of my truck ... something like a bench seat on a steel frame, that comes out in one piece, and bolts in easily, any one here ever done anything like that?
Thanks for your time, all advice appreciated!
