the dial O-ring is probably old and worn out on it
best bet would be to get the seals from a dealership (like $10 per side; not too bad), and rebiuld them yourself
use the search button near the top-right and you can find some info on rebuilding them
and I, as well as everyone esle, will advise you to keep and rebuild your OEM Aisin hubs instead of going out and buying Warn's or something instead...
also, just FYI, watch the language in the forums; this is a family/work safe forum, so keep that in mind in the future
