88 p/u: How to remove the cigarette lighter?

I'm trying to replace the dash trim that goes around the radio area, but I need to swap the cigarette lighter into the new plastic. I can't figure out how to remove the #)*&* thing. Any pointers?

U should be able to unscrew the case from the back side. Unplug the wires and twist. It's two parts. Hope that helps. Kinda hard to explain

Thanks! I noticed it seemed to turn but i didn't feel like it was actually making progress. I'll mess around with it some more tonight then.

EDIT: as an aside, I'm pretty sure I've seen the truck in your sig around town, and had some rather covetous thoughts. nice rig.
