88 4-runner headlight replacement

88 4-runner headlight replacement
Just wondering if you have to remove the grilll on an 88 4 runner to remove the driver side headlight. I can access the 2 bottom screws but can't get to the 2 top screws. If I move the top to bottom adjuster screw would that do the trick? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
