86' Toyota Pickup Engine Issues

Hey guys, new to the forum - also picked up my first lil' truck. It's a 1986 Toyota Pickup with the 22R. Unfortunately we have some problems...

It doesn't run worth anything. Not even enough power to get into 4th gear.

I finally got it trailered into the garage and had a chance to do a compression test. Across the board: 0 0 165 155

What would cause 0 compression in cylinders 1 and 2?

A little more info: It overheated in about two blocks. It blows white smoke. There is green under the oil cap.

Initially I thought head gasket but that wouldn't be enough to have absolutely no compression would it? Sorry guys - I'm new to all this and would really appreciate some guidance!
