86 toyota 4 runner alternator relay

i have a 1986 toyota 4runner.. yesterday the truck started but the back electric window wouldnt roll down the signals wouldnt work. and when its started and your hooked onto the battery it says the batteries not charging.. i just put a new alternater.. its still doing the same thing.. is there a alternator relay or a charger relay.. it does not have the turbo and its a 4 banger.. please help thanks

7.5 amp "CHARGE" fuse in the engine bay fuse box. Probably should test alternators before spending the coin on a new one. Also when buying rebuilt one or even new, I ALWAYS have them test it before leaving the store. As they don't always work even though they just came out of the box.

yes my apologies.. yea i mean hooked to a voltage meter thing.. sorry.. its a 12 volts i believe when i start.. but instead of it charging again up to the 14.5v it stays at the 12... i already replaced the alternator and dang yes some coin.. unfortuntely that didnt fix it... and when i bought the new one it tested PASS i did have them test it.. i also had them (autozone) test the old one and it also past.. so its something else.. can you show me a pic of the 7.5 amp "CHARGE" fuse in the engine bay fuse box.. a picture or something thank you

While it might be that fuse also if the back window and turn signals are also not working.
It is the 15 amp engine fuse in the fuse box in the cab on the left side it is the second fuse from the door on the bottom
