Any help is appreciated here guys.

So far I've cleaned the throttle body, replaced the iac and tps, cleaned the mas and checked for vacuum leaks with no success. I've also recently changed the fuel filter, plugs and wires.

The engine starts and runs fine with no idiot lights. The idle typically sits about 1200-1500 rpms. When approaching a stop and I press in the clutch, the engine will pulse about 3-5 times (1000-1500 rpms) before settling in to the high idle. I'm thinking I either need to keep digging for a vacuum leak or one of the parts I've replaced is bad. Someone please point me in the right direction.
