3vze New longblock installed, not firing

Gasoline internal combustion engines require, spark, fuel, and compression all at the correct times. Which have you verified, and how did you verify each requirement?
#3
I checked fuel at the last banjo bolt on the fuel rail. I checked #1 spark plug with the plug out and grounded against the motor. No spark when I turn the engine over. I ohmed all the components the manual said to check. All check within range.
#4
No spark..
Pull the distributor cap, check for a rotor, and that it turns when the key is bumped momentarily to start.
Yes it's happened before, people forgetting the rotor.
Verify fuses intact, in place, and not partially blown.
Check for injection pulses at the ecu with test light.
Proceed with Sensor test, then ignitor and coil. Ensure all plugs are firm and clean. Manually fire the ignitor and coil.
One of those is likely bad.
