I am rebuilding my 2000 2.7L 3RZ motor and I need to know how to orient the rod on the piston. I do not find any mark that Identifies the front of the rod. I do see that one of the beveled faces is larger than the other. Since there is no front identified on the rods, does it matter which way it goes?
I have had the block bored .020 over and the crank ground .010 over. Bought new pistons, rings and bearings.
