3RZ Question

Hey I'm putting 3RZ into my Toyota pickup. My question is, Can I omit my charcoal canister and run the line that used to go to the canister strait to the manifold? The manifold looks like:

So am I correctly thinking I can omit the charcoal canister and run a line from my gas tank vent to the intake manifold?

And will this really effect anything?

Thanks

The problem with doing that would be if you have an issue with too much pressure in the tank and gas starts moving up that line you can get gas straight through the manifold. Though, the gas and air both go to the same place so, that may not be a big issue.
