3rd gen 4runner back space question

I want to do a 3" lift on my rig and put a 17x9 or 18x9 rim on with 33's. The 17's I want have a 5" back space. Will that work? Thanks

No. Too much BS.

I think if you'll do some searching you'll find the optimal range for 3rd gens.

I've been looking all over in here with different phrases but most everyone is talking 15" and 16" wheel's.

Doesn't matter what size height your wheels your talking about. BS is BS.
BS on the stock rims is 3.675 for the 16X7's.
