Couple pics of mine in my intro thread: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f77/...runner-196855/

It's sitting on 5" Marlin springs with some fender trimming. It probably could go down to 3" springs with a little more bump stop in the front.

For 37s or larger you really need to tub the firewall more than trim the fenders and move the axle forward.

2" springs will probably work if you move the front axle forward and run the right amount of bump stop up front. Bump in the rear shouldn't be a problem.

If you're gunna be wheelin it often, you may wanna think about upgrading the axles as well, i.e. Longfields or Dirty 30's

Yes that is definitely on the list.
right now, i have the interior stripped out of it to either replace the carpet or bedliner it.

i gotta get the seats mounted up the PO replaced the stock sr5 seatts and only put like 1 bolt in each seat.

this is also gonna be my family wagon (i got a baby comin i a few weeks.)
so i need it to be pretty clean on the inside.

for now the plan is a quick tune up, interior and new springs (the current ones are like a brick. absolutely rock solid man)

mostly comfort stuff.
