Check the plug and see if there is a 5 digit number stamped on it. If so, preface that with 90980-xxxxx where xxxxx is number on plug and you have the part number.
If no number is on the plug, a Toyota dealer may be able to locate by type of plug, # of pins, and shape in the Electrical Repair Manual. A pic would definitely help them locate it if you cannot generate the part number.
