What are you trying to accomplish by doing the electric fan conversion?
For the most part, an electric fan is not advisable for the 22R-E.
The typical problem with electric fans on the 22R-E engines is that they struggle to move enough air through the radiator to meet or exceed the factory volumetric air flow, which can cause the engine to overheat.
The factory mechanical and fluid clutch fan is able to move a lot of air and many who have tried to replace the factory fan with an electric fan have had trouble finding an electric fan capable of moving enough air.
However, an electric fan may be beneficial if you are driving through high water, or if you are doing lots of slow off-roading where more airflow is needed due to the low speed driving and high engine loads.

The stock fan clutch lasted 30 years on mine. We don't know if electric fan and associated circuit will last that long. Perhaps you could help us find out.

A lot depend on how much you spend. As other have noted. Its hard to move enough air by an electric fan alone. I am sure if you spec the CFM of the factory fan you can find an electric replacement. However I would not eliminate your stock fan unless it is toast. Then I would try and find a stock replacement.

Myself the only time I might think of a Electric fan is a engine swap where the fan clutch and fan will not fit .
Since 1995 I bet I removed at least 50 electric fans and returned to stock
