I need a little help here guys. I have an 86 4runner that we have isolated a problem with. Now the next problem is finding a replacement part. I am having a heck of a time rinding a Mass air flow sensor. Where is the best place to buy one.

Welcome to YotaTech, Bob. eBay or a junkyard would be your best bet. Keep an eye on the classifieds here and you might get lucky. RockAuto and your local parts store can sell you a remanufactured one but they are very pricey and the quality is hit and miss.

 

you could call Fuel Injection corp in Tracy California. Ask for Kathy. I bet they have a rebuilt one with warranty. I have purchased two from them with good results. They also have engine computers.

Try searching for Air Flow Meter as it's NOT an MAF...junkyard is probably your best bet or anyone who swapped out motors.
