22re lift kit question

Hello I have a 1993 extended cab pickup with the 22re with a five speed speed. 4x4 I came across an add recently for a rough country 4" lift and some brand new wild country rvt tires. I was simply wondering if my truck would be able to handle the extra weight with the 22re and the extended cab. I have been warned it wouldn't work but Id thought id ask some experts before I rely on people who think they know what they are talking about. Thanks Jeff

It depends on what size the tires are. Depending on where you live, it could be manageable, but expect to be in 4th and 3rd alot more than usual. Regearing would be a good thins.
