2011 Tundra paint

So last night I was at work making my rounds around the perimeter of the job site. I got to the area where I usually park my truck and as I got closer to my truck I saw a white line, at first I didn't think anything of it cause i was parked by a light pole. When I got closer I realized that the white line didn't move and thats when I discovered that even though the right side of my truck faced the sidewalk, I had a scrape and dent by my right wheel well. Im not to worried about the dent cause I can use a plunger and perhaps a soft hammer to get that out but what Im wondering is can I redo the paint?I think that the scrape went down to the metal but Ill have to wash and wipe it down to verify, but with the dent, I think its to the metal. Can I fix it without taking it to a shop and shelling out $$ for it? Id rather save a few bucks, have a weekend project and a beer vs spending a lot and taking it in. If it helps, my trucks paint job is black.
