Doesn't the owners manual tell you how? Call the dealer would be your best bet. I don't think their is many 06 Tundra owners on here yet but I could be wrong.

yea thanks for the reply, I have called a couple of times, but they put me on hold right away for about 15 min. so i usually hang up. I might as well just go and talk to one of the techs.

Here ya go!
1. Turn the ingition on and make sure that the odometer is in odometer mode, not Trip A or Trip B.
2. Once the odometer is in odometer mode, turn off the ingition.
3. Now hold the stick down that switches the odometer to trip a and trip b, and turn the ingition on.
4. There should be dashes that come up on the odometer that flash and go away one by one.
5. After all the dashes are gone, the odometer will read "00000."
6. Now start the truck and the man't required light is off.
