1994 toyota pickup gas mileage

i recentley bought my first yota and im new to them. the guy i bought it off of had 36 16.50 tires on it with stock gears i took them off and put 33 12.50s on. what kind of gas mileage can i suspect to get with those? its a 1988 yota pickup with a rebuilt 94 22re 5 speed 4x4. also my heat sucks it blows cold all the time i have flushed the radiator put in new coolant and thermostat still barely any heat.

The 22re in stock form can average a good 19-21 or so mixed driving, but that truck with oversized tires and stock gears, I wouldn't expect more than 16-17 or so, if that. Not exactly the most efficient motor, especially with oversized tires.

And about the heating issue, I'd check on the heater core. Do you notice any coolant smells or any leaking coolant on the passenger side? The heater core would definitely inhibit the heating in the cab.
