1990 V6 pickup coolant help please

Hello everyone, I am new... I wanted to know what coolant is recommended for my 1990 Toyota truck with the v6? I know toyota overs a extended long life (pink) and the long life red. Which one should I use? Or do you guys suggest going with green stuff?
What are you guys running with out issues? I don't want to damage seals which I read is a common problem if we run dexcool in toyotas.

thanks for your input. Also should I buy this stuff at the dealership or does ebay for 18 bucks and 16 bucks in shipping a better route for a gallon?

Toyota red....good stuff. Toyota pink is pre-diluted and will work too. Some have suggested Zerek Asian Formula...can be tough to find though...NAPA seems to have it in some areas.

Get red from the dealer...it's spendy but one gallon of red does the job in most areas.

Do not use Dexcool!

green stuff

Checked the radiator and overflow today and its got the green stuff in it... ugh.... I plan on draining all that crap out and flushing it before friday so the dealership does not add that to its list of "problems" It is clean and clear green, I am just worried its not OEM red...

Does anyone recommend the Napa Asian coolant 50/50? Its only 13 bucks a gallon? I was told its the same formula as the Toyota stuff? My local dealership wants 27 for the 50/50 premix. I just ordered a lower and upper hose as well, might as well replace that this week if I am going to be fooling with the coolant....

No experience with the NAPA Asian 50/50. If you use something you have to dilute, be sure to use distilled water.
