1989 4runner body lift removal

I am buying a 1989 4runner with a 3 inch body lift that I want removed. How tough is it? What will I need in terms of replacement parts?

KEEP it ON!!! you need to remove the spacers change the break lines its not hard ...you will need the stock parts however.
