1988 yota pickup driveshaft
i have an 88 toyota pickup, with the 22re, standard cab short bed. 5 speed.
just got this the other day, and realized the rear driveshaft is dented and bound to fail. i called the local shops and they concluded that it would be $200+ to repair it.
so im looking for a new or used one. but new onnline they are looking to be 300-400. i found one at a junk yard for $65, but it is from a 1991 pickup, standard cab, 22re 5 speed.
will the drive shaft from the 91, fit my 88??
i appreciate the help in advance!

Well I did a search for a 88 reg swb 4cy ,toyota ,truck (except t100 and Tacoma), driveshaft rear, in ohio. If that helps you find what i was talking about,I think I wrote it the same as it is on the site.
There where about 10 that came up from $75 -$125 and to get one you'd have to call the junkyard its at
