1988 22re fuel problem

new guy here. am repairing my daughters 1988 Toy pu., w/22re. started with a blown head gasket, & warped head. Kid's!!!!! After replacing with a new head, I now have no fuel pressure. Am getting no power to fuel pump, did bypass at DLC1, still nothing. are there any fuseable links in the wiring?, also where will I find the EFI main relay? can't find a fuse for the pump itself & all the other fuses checkout OK. I'm lost & could use some help!!!!!
Thanks, Stormy76

thanks for the info, but what i really need to know, is the location of the relays in the vehicle. found the EFI relay in engine compartment,& swapped it into another truck & it checks out, but have no idea where circut opening relay is. will check out air flow meter also. when i jump the fuel pump test connector, i get nothing.powered the fuel pump, & it works. Bear with me, I'm an old school shade tree wrench, & all these relays & sensors are confusing. thanks, stormy76
