1985 22r no compression

I have a 1985 22r and i i had to chang head gasket in it. I pulle the head and pulled the cam out of the head but whe i went to reinstall the cam in the head the previous owner had over tightend the cam bolts an stripped the treads. I took the head to the machine shop the put helicoils in all 6 bolt holes and they resurfaced the head for me. I put the head back on with a new fell-pro head gasket reset timing and now i have no compression but on the #1 cylinder and i have also put oil in each cylinder to check the rings the #1 cylinder the gauge hits 180 but does not hold the pressure the rest of the cylinders the gauge does not move. I am at a lose as to what do next any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your valve lash. After u install a new head gaskit u must re torque the head after u get it warmed up the first time. Then u must reset the valve lash!!!!!! If not and the valves tighten up u will not build compression.due to the valves sticking open then ull burn a valve l. Reset the valves to .007 intake and .009 exhaust with engine warmed up of cooled .006 intake and .008 exhaust
