'08 Taco TRD question

My dad just bought a new Taco TRD Off Road, taking delivery in about a week when the dealer gets it in.
My question is: When the E-locker isnt engaged, is the rear end open or limited slip?
This is the off-road package, i know the Sport is Limited slip all the time.

limited slips (as far as my knowledge goes) are always on and arent selectable.

When the locker isnt engaged the rear end will be open.
