My relay inevitably took a crap on me and I know I can jump it, but would rather replace w/ OE part.

You sure it's the relay and not your wiring?
What makes you sure?

 

Rufflz - as Ray suggests, you can pull out that relay board and test it. Also, there are a few safeties built into the window up system that can prevent it from working. And of course there is the window lock button in the console that will also prevent it from going up and down. Lots of potential points of failure that you might want to check.
