Tundra X-SP 20" Enkei wheels with 285-50's on 06 Tacoma Prerunner
if anyone ever asks, they fit
BARELY, but they fit
and MAN to they look sharp!
they're wrapped in some pavement pounders, but the truck is a 2wd Prerunner, so I don't plan on doing any hardcore offroading with it in the first place
comparison
before:
and after
stick out just a smidgen, but that's fine with me!
clearance at full lock is tight; about 1/2 from the inner fender liner. I'm sure if it's at full lock and I hit a bump, they'll rub, but I try not to take it to full lock when driving anyway

interesting observation, lol
I've never looked that closely at the newer Tundras, and when I saw the wheels the sales guy told me they came off an 09... so I guess neither one of use knew what we were talking about
I just looked at my receipt, and it says they came off a truck inventoried as an 07...
guess I should adjust my thread title

a week later, the TPS warning light is flashing on the dash... tried resetting it hoping the sensors in the new wheels would link to the system in the truck, but no go... tire pressure is fine, I might just need to disable the stupid system...

Blinging!!!
And no, those are not '09 Tundra rims. '07 and up Tundras went to the 5 lug design that's been used on the Landcruisers for years. '06 and below Tundras were regular 6 lug truck patterns, like all 6 lug Toyota trucks before it.
