Hello, have been searching for info on this problem for a while and I can not find much info on the 2003 4.7 4runner.
i was driving on the highway and went to accelerate to merge and the truck rpm went to idle with the pedal pressed. I coasted to the shoulder and it died. this was about 3 weeks now and I have pulled codes via tech stream

I ALSO already had 02 sensor and possibly CAT/manifold leak

I have only had this truck for about a month or so and it has been down for half of that time. Baby due in 4 weeks so I need to figure out asap. I did find that someone did a crap job on the connector to the throttle body so I cleaned that up.
replaced fuel pump also
