Where can I find a bumper like that?

Katy, consider what you want to do with the truck. Off Road (yes, definately, of course.......why else did you buy a 4x4)? or Street Queen? Go ahead...get that truck dirty.
Sounds like your roommate has eyes for the dirt as well as you do. I would consider rock sliders to protect your door sills, a 2" to 3" lift, next size up on tires with an aggressive tread pattern (Goodyear MTR's are very popular), hi-lift jack with mount, deck plate mod, extended brakelines for the rear, Amsoil airfilter, and a CB to talk on the trail.
Sounds like a lot, but once you get started, you'll be addicted.
For the lift, I would suggest a coilover and upper a-arm replacement in the front and a leaf spring / shock combo for th rear. We're talking a a couple thousand dollars here. A spacer lift will be much easier on the wallet. There are lots of different ways to go here.
Tools and recovery gear are standard gear for the trail.
Search Yotatech for ideas and see what everyone else has done. As you have seen, most everyone is very nice, knowledgeable, and wants to help out.
Good luck with your truck and welcome to Yotatech.
