Fabtec or Rancho Kit for 054Runner
Has anyone heard anything about a Fabtec or Rancho 4-6" lift kit for the 03+ 4Runners? How long does it take for these manufacturers to get this done? Isn't the new FJ very similar to 4Runners specs?

Thanks guys. I called Fabtech again and was told that they really don't have any immediate plans for a lift kit for the 03+ Runners. I told him he should really consider bringing the subject up in his next sales meeting with mgmt.

Why would they make it? How many 03+ 4 Runner owners get lifts? My guess is a very very small percentage. Besides, why Fabtech? You're gonna kill the ride on your 4 Runner.

Fabtech/Rancho-get with it!
I understand the cost of R&D, but it seems that many of us are struggling with trying to make OME+body lift, Downey + body lift, Total Chaos + body lift, etc, etc, work just to fit freakin' 33" tires! With the wheelbase on our Runners, to get reasonable mid-center clearance, we need more than that! There are many of us who would just go all out for 35" or 36" tires and we need a 4-6" lift kit from a reputable manufacturer. The only reason I mentioned Fabtech is because they make reliable 6" kits for most Toyota products and more.
