2012 Tacoma 6 speed. Truck sat undriven about 1 month. Hasnt been in 4 wheel hi or lo probably 2 months. At first went into 4hi easy coming out was very difficult. (back up, neutral turn the wheels, tirn off key,Blah blah). Would not go into 4 Lo at all. Now, I finally got it outta 4 hi, but the light is constantly blinking. Where do i start to diagnose this? Too much $$ for me to take to the dealer. What cani do myself? Clean any thing ? Grease anything. Dont know where to start. Any help greatly appreciated.

 

no help here?? found out the front diff actuator is working. i can get it into 4Hi.
but, a pain to get out. have to shut the truck off. switch to 2 hi, went under truck, cant turn front driveshaft. cant get it into low range. so apparently it is the actuator on the transfer case. front diff is unlocking but transfer case wont go to 2H or 4L. anybody?????
