I ordered the Revtek kit last week (mainly to get the rear shocks). Revtek told me the lift is 3" front and 2" rear. If I want to maintain stock front to rear angle, should I get the Daystar front kit and combine it with the Revtek rear? I think that would give me 2.5" front and 2" rear. I do not want my truck to be level. I like the nose down look.

 

if you just get the revtek kit, the truck will still be nose down. Check out Timber725 as he just got his revtek kit. He's working on some diff combo wheels too so check out his thread.

Well folks,
I went ahead and ordered the Daystar 2.5" front kit ($99) to go with my Revtek rear spacers and shocks. That should give me 2.5" front and back to maintain stock ride angle. I'll let you know how it comes out in the end.

if you want to save money, you could just send one of those kits back ... because in the end, you will still have the nose-down look. i used the revtek 3" kit (3 in front, 2.5 in rear) and the rear is still higher than the front.

 

Mine is pretty leveled. But if you use the running board as horizontal reference, then it is actually sloping towards the rear. (nose high). But u can't tell if you're just looking at the wheel well..

 

I took my running boards off a long long time ago ... I measured from fender to the ground. The original height difference was more than an inch, so even adding 3" up front and 1/2" less in rear would result in the rear still being higher ... as was true, in numbers, when I measured. Same with bulldog and his 2.5" daystar lift.

 

Ground-to-Fender (GTF) height is higher in the rear than the front:
Front GTF: 36.5"
Rear GTF: 37.5"

Net Gain
Front: 3"
Rear: 2"

Funny thing is the front of the running board measures .5" higher than the rear. So if I got the same full 2.5" in the rear the running board would've been leveled.
