I'm posting this for a friend......tell me what you think.
He changed the plugs yesterday.
Started it.....and the engine makes a ticking sound and then the check engine light came on.
Today he went under the hood and realized the rubber hose from the small black cannister was disconnected.
He reconnected it while the truck was running. The engine stalled and now the truck will not even turn over. I mean the starter will not even engage.
Any thoughts?

Battery is good
Starter is good

 

Strange......he pulled the battery cable and messed around with the starter and it finally cranked over. Running well...... Nothing like having more questions than when you started.
