It looks Ok. Except those crappy looking fenders. It just doesn't look right. I'm glad I orderd my '04 limited d-cab last month.
I seriously doubt the hood scoop serves any functional purpose. It doesn't on the 4Runner so it probably won't on the Tacoma or X-Runner.... what ever they are going to call it.

I like it other than the fact it looks like someone put a cheap body kit on it! (I kept looking for the all-important mis-matched body cladding with the primer on it)
-The front looks pretty cool and I like the scoop, but other than that I HOPE that they make it look like it could go off of the road...Like that photochop...
Now that looked cool

Quite obviously a chopped, street version, which I dont care for much. But lets get it in the 4x4, and various colors.... like the white version of the 02-04 models. I think it will look very nice.
Sometimes first impressions can lead you astray.... took me a while to warm up to the 02. Now I really like it...

I like it! Thats a lot more than I can say about my thoughts of the 4th Gen Runner when I saw the first pics of it. I like the 4th Gen 4runner now only because I let it grow on me. Wait until the first person gets one and lifts it up, I bet all of you will change your minds. I think it's a great step for Toyota, since asthetically Nissan has been taking control lately.

I kinda like it, though the current s-runner looks better with the side skirts and stuff. But the photoshoped one looks great imo. I think, since it is a redesign that is different from the current gens of tacos, it'll take some time to get used to like the 4th gen 4runners. There will be people who like it right off the bat as well as people who think they are plain ugly but they may grow on you after awhile like the 4th gen has for many, especially if the performance is great.

You know what this means... S/C for the V6 4Runners! WHoohoo!
Actually I dont care about it but it's good the V8 guys can't hang that over our heads anymore.
I think the Taco looks great. All that aero skirting is only for that 2wd Taco, not the 4x4's or TRD Tacos.

God I hope I can get my quad-cab before they make the change...
