2" Lift Question

2" Lift Question
I am now running a 2009 Tacoma TRDSport. I am considering a 2" lift because that can still be aligned w/o upper control arms. Do I HAVE to change rear shocks for this much lift?
I am going to run 17x9" +01 wheels and don't want rubbing. I have not decided on tire size yet.

IDK about the have to. I just got them anyway, didn't seem like it would hurt. I got cheaper model shocks though. Budgets are real. I have 17" now with no lift. 270/75 17 Goodyear Wranglers. Minimal rubbing at full stop.
