07 Tacoma Access cab lift advice

I bought a 2007 Tacoma two weeks back from a used dealership two weeks back. It has a Tuff Country 3" ish lift on it that I plan on removing and replacing once I get the funds saved up. Currently it has the typical vibration issues I keep reading about and I want to try to at least minimize the vibes. First off, my truck has lift blocks in the rear. Yes blocks are trash and I hate them, but can I use a pinion shim with a rear block? It sounds sketchy to me, but if I knew better, I wouldn't be asking the internet for an adult. Leaf springs are the highest priority part for the truck ATM, but like I stated earlier, money ain't plentiful. Also I have a new OEM carrier bearing coming to replace my banged out one, as well as new U joints.
