Calling all Yotatech experts:

To make a long story short, my wife's '04 4x4 4Runner has a bad front wheel bearing. I did some searching and I have heard a lot of people say this is not a job for the faint of heart unless you remove the entire knuckle and have a machine shop remove and press the bearing for you. Has anyone out there tried the Harbor Freight tool used for front end bearings like this:

I'm not a fan of paying for jobs I can do myself, but I also don't want to seat the bearing wrong and shear a wheel off doing 80 on the freeway.
