03 4runner 2wd sport, Bilstein shocks upgrade

I have an 03 4runner 2wd Sport and want to put bilstein shocks on it. However, I have some kind of hydraulic or pneumatic line running to my OEM shocks. The bilsteins are not supposed to be used for this application. My friend told me he saw something about people selling a kit to disconnect or cap the lines going into the shocks and then I could put in the bilsteins shocks. Does anyone out there know anything about this and where or what I would need to buy.

Thanks

The lines are linked to the X-REAS system found on all Sport models and as an option on Limited models. It is designed to reduce body roll and improve the ride charactoristics. Some folks just remove the whole system when upgrading or lifting the suspension.
