thank you for the help. after i posted that and re-read it i was waiting on someone to say just put 31s back on it. The bed is kinda heavy and is causing the springs to settle more than i expected. Im gonna try to find me some springs and lower bump stops and get this mod installed!

I picked up some TJ coils, cut them down to 12.5" and started to work on the install when I noticed on of my bump stops is deteriorating - probably from bottoming out. It is torn but still held on.

Do parts stores carry bump stops? I'd like to keep the costs down on this. I've been wanting to put some OME leafs on their for a while, but the money is not there for it right now. I have a friend who welds and so I could just rip the stop off and weld on a cup.

I also have an add-a-leaf kit laying around but it is a shorter leaf. I have a camper shell, sleeping platform and keep the truck pretty loaded so the sag is real bad. It's been like this - flat leafs - since I got it, but I'd like to take care of it.

thoughts? suggestions? I want to keep this as an easy and cheap temporary fix.
