*Reinstalled, as into the transfer case, not reconnected, it was always connected to the ECU

UGH...I am starting to feel your pain. I can break down a M-134 blindfolded and clean it. This is the first time i am attempting to pull and engine and tranny. Any suggestions or recommendations?

Pulling the motor/tranny on these things is fairly straight forward. Just make sure that you disconnect all of the wires/sensors when you do. Took me about an hour-and-a-half to do mine. Putting it back together was a different story.

UPDATE: I took the instrument cluster out and it looked like a cat had pi$$ed all over it, so I cleaned it and reinstalled and whattayaknow?! She worked. Glad that's at least one thing that need not be replaced, though I was hoping to get an SR5 cluster in there...oh well...

I'll post a video soon of ALL of the TPS I ran through and show you why I hate them so much. Let them be a lesson to everyone about buying parts from Autozone/Advance...

Already been there myself! I learned my lesson after the cheapo Ebay TPS died in 3 days. I've adjusted it so many times during that span, I can do it in 10 min flat (including removing the TB) lol.

Though funny you should mention Autozone. I bought a second one from then and lo and behold, it was not a Duralast but a DENSO TPS. I guess I lucked out.
