Wrong midplate and jammed stick bushing?

Mechanic said the wrong midplate was installed in my truck and whomever put in the stick shifter bushing jammed it in there and he had to pry it out with a bar.Could these be some of the causes of difficult shifting and disengagement?New CMC and slave, bracket and slave hose good.Pedal adjusted.New MT-90 gear oil.Bled many times.New clutch kit will be put in.

Can't imagine how he needed a pry bar to get it out and it moved at all. Got pictures, we love pictures?
