wondering that this part is called

I've been looking on google all night, and checking other forms, but have not been able to find out what this part is called. I am also looking for this part for both the passenger and driver side.

It's a louver and expect to pay thru the nose for the mounting clips you'll need to mount it.

ditto. they just pop off, but can sometimes be slip up and off the clips. they are sorta special. we had bad luck trying to make something else work from the pick-a-nut we have at the shop. did an 85 pickup. same clips i think.
